The Varsity men opened their regular season with a 5-3 loss to Greenhill on Friday night. The Angels came out strong in the first half, as Angus Herndon notched a goal in only the second minute of play. Stephen Hoegenauer added a second goal in the 39th minute to send the teams to halftime with HSAA enjoying a 2-0 lead.
The second half proved to be an entirely different story. The Angels managed to add a third goal, by Journey Saucedo; after that it was all Greenhill as they scored a flurry of 5 goals in 20 minutes, resulting in the final of 5-3.
