JV opens 4A round robin 8-1 over Applewood

The JV Angels started off the 4A championshp bracket with a resounding 8-1 win over Applewood. HSAA came out with intensity from the opening whistle, and had built a 4 goal lead before Applewood scored on a free kick from 19 yards that just made it past GK Matthew Welch's hands just inside the backdoor post.

In the second half, Coaches Berrier freely substituted to spread around the playing time, and the players responded by adding 4 more goals to finish off a great win to position themselves for a chance at the title.
