Varsity men open Hwy5 Tourney with 3-1 win over Community

The varsity Angels opened up the Highway 5 Invitational Tournament with a solid win over Community 3-1.

The boys in red opened the scoring early, when Stephen Hoegenhauer netted one in the 5th minute on an assist from Trevor Mrochek.

In the waning minutes of the first half, Ollie Wells scored unassisted to send the teams to the half with a 2-0 HSAA lead.

Ollie then came out in the second half and added a second goal for the night, on a feed from Sam Lee.  The 3-0 lead held until the 54' mark, when Community got their lone goal of the night.
